Forget about Paypal! When Payoneer supports Pakistan, you don't even have to think or worry about what paypal is, for now i guess, or until paypal announce officially that they are going to include pakistan in their payment gateway as a supported country.
Let's talk about Payoneer Pakistan. Personally i am using it from year 2012 and boy oh boy it helped me a lot, i also have a paypal account but it was what we call in pakistan (2 numberi), and the risk of losing the money in that account or getting blocked by paypal is high, but who cares, its not like i have $1 Mil laying in that account, barely i have $9 there #lol.
Let's come to the topic, the thing i love about payoneer pakistan is you can accept payment from companies and individuals in a jiffy, you can use it to withdraw dollars from your fiverr, upwork, freelancer and many different online freelancing platforms accounts. you can then withdraw that cash using atm's in pakistan (selected banks) and also can withdraw it directly to your bank accounts via local bank transfer (discontinued right now) or international wire transfer (working right now). Previously payoneer was supporting local bank transfer to pakistan, but for some unknown reason they discontinued the service, i inquired about it from their support, everytime they told me that it is something of their internal issue.
In Pakistan you can use selected banks to withdraw cash using Payoneer Master Card, that include (Standard Chartered, Bank Alfalah and MCB), personally i never used Bank Alfalah to withdraw cash, but used SC and MCB, few times, i also used both local and international wire transfer few times, which went smooth everytime (will say avoid MCB and UBL while using payoneer bank withdraw option).
Payoneer pakistan also support and provide you international bank accounts including banks: Bank of America, WireCard (European Region), Barclays (for GBP Funds) and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (for Japanese Yen). These all can be used to request payment from companies and have them deposit them in your selected bank or payoneer card, do remember not all of these will be available for you, it depends on your payoneer usage and their terms of services.
Other than that you can always use their "Request a Payment" service for pakistani's from your united states clients and companies. In order to do that you need to enter few details that include company name, address, website etc. Be sure to be as accurate as possible, because this will also be delivered to your client or company on your behalf for verification. Once they accept and deposit the money in your payoneer given bank account, you will see it in your payoneer pakistan account. Easy as 1.2.3.
